Exchange, Return and Refund Polices
The E-VISIONERIES MARKETING PVT.LTD sells its products through direct sellers or authorized franchisees. The e-visionaries provides quality and standard products to its customers. But it is important to keep in mind the interest of the customer at this time to cancel something. In order to protect the consumer, it is necessary to protect his rights. With this in mind we have come up with a cancellation policy that provides good customer friendly customer service and an excellent online platform that satisfies the customer. It has been shown that it can be distributed with some simple rules if you wish.
Exchange polices
We believe in delivering the best products that have ever been manufactured if you are unhappy with the feelings and ethics of the upcoming products trends available. As with the Product, replacement of the Product shall be governed by and subject to the Terms of Use. As well as the extended exchange policy below:
If you have a problem with your order, especially with regard to a defective product or if you arrive in any defect, we will be happy to exchange the product. Receipt of the product will be checked before exchange. Please ensure that the following conditions need to be met before returning and changing:
The item should be unused and in original condition.
The item should still have the tags turned on and returned to the original packaging.
Returned product must have no visible signs of use.
The consumer shall inform us about the return of the product within a period of 10 days from the date the product was received.
The consumer should not accept any open box delivery.
The return and replacement package should include everything that arrived with the package When you shop, including price tags, labels, original packing, free and Must have accessories, invoice/warranty card and other documents.
If anything is missing from the package you received, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories etc.;
If the product is damaged due to misuse.If any product used or its durables are installed on your site.If it is found that certain products have tampered or missing parts or serial numbers.If it appears that you have accepted open box delivery, no return requests will be made.If it contains certain products that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene issues.If the refund request is made outside the time limit i.e. after a period of 30 days.
After receiving the return products, company will process for return/refund against your request within 7 to 10 (seven to ten days) working days.
Please return the unused item with packaging within 30 days of receiving your order/delivery.
At the time of delivery, if you notice that the outer packing of the consignment Damaged or tampered with, we recommend accepting the package and not leaving your comment on courier delivery sheet / docket slip / courier receipt.
After that, complain to us immediately within 24 hours we will handle such issues strictly and directly at the website, customer care or grievance redressal center in such an event, please tell us the details of your order.
We will send you a new product after receiving it back at our warehouse.
After delivery of the goods, if the customer notices any defect in the condition of the product, He / she may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
Send email to change.
To you an unboxing video and pictures of the defective product and a scanned copy of the original invoice also need to be sent. Along with that, the consumer will also dispose of the damaged product and send a video of it.
Upon receipt of the mail, the Company will process for shipment of the replacement Production will be processed within 72 hours after acceptance.
You are not entitled to change in any way other than in the events specified in this policy.
Decisions made in respect of products returned by you our quality inspection team will be considered final and binding. Return the unused item with packaging within 30 days of receiving your order / delivery.
We can troubleshoot your product, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit, to help you resolve issues with your product.In some cases where the company is unable to process the replacement for any reason whatever it is, a refund will be given. If the item has been delivered and you have received a delivery confirmation Email/SMS, report the problem within 10 days from the date of delivery confirmation to Customer Care or Grievance Redressal Center to check the seller.
For any products for which a refund is to be given whether the returned product is received by the seller will be checked before the refund process.
Please Note- The company will refuse to accept the return if any of the above the conditions are not met.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICES
Within 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer may return the product directly to the seller with the original customer receipt from which he purchased, and may receive a refund, provided that no more than 30% of the product has been consumed. The distributor may deduct courier charges and GST when refunding to the customer except in case of product defects. The distributor will need to receive an email from the customer marking compliance. No future claims will be made if the customer buys again. Distributors can return the product to the company with customer’s receipt within 15 days from the date of return of the product and get the same exchange. In order to exchange it, the distributor has to pay GST and courier charges to the company which is charged from the customer and the product has to be handed over to any store of the company. For Business tools return policy does not apply if open packs of literature and videos or other sales aids.The customer can return the product directly to the company and get a refund if he / she encounter any health related problem while using the product, along with a certificate from a qualified doctor or a registered medical practitioner, proving that the subject had a health problem. Due to the use of the said product Refunds will be initiated after proper verification of the certificate and the company will consult a doctor if necessary. A distributor can return the product and get refunded, provided the product is in saleable condition within 30 days from the purchase of the product. The refund shall cause the distributor termination of their ID with all pending benefits The refund shall be initiated after the deduction of Retail Profit that is paid to the distributor , GST charges , courier charges , and INR 400 / – per unit as the processing fee . The product must have a minimum of four months validity to the date of expiry. Any products purchased on which complimentary product option or other valid offers were applied will not be eligible for refund, return, or exchange. However, damaged products received on delivery may be replaced as per the accepted procedure.
Refunds eligible to be received by the customer will be received within 7 days directly from the authorized account of the company through net banking to the customer’s credit card, debit card or bank account.
